Yanks fall apart late, but salvage 5-5 tie.

Week 5

"Five goals should be good enough for a win, not a tie," said Rick Armand as he exited the Yankee dugout, after his team blew a late 5-4 lead. "I should have gone to the pen."

Though we probably won't have another season in which everyone goes 6-6, the parity is not as bad this season as in seasons gone bi.

"Week one was a mirage," said Paul Maffa of the 7-1 win over these same Lakers. "Since then our goalie has about a 9.00 GAA."

"It's only 8.89," replied Cooz. "Let's not exaggerate."

The two teams played a much different game this time around, and it came down to a last minute tying goal by Dan Santanello that forced OT.

There was a goal scored during a delay by the offending team, but that's a story for another day.

This one ends in a tie.
