Navy loses again, this time to a bad Snow Cone team which is undefeated.

"Help is on the way," was the battle cry in the Fudgesicle locker room. "It has to be."

But even at 1-2, they are not the worst team on Friday. That dubious honor goes to the 0-3 Banana Splits.

"Funny how we beat them, but it feels like we are the winless team," noted Tripp.

The Fudgesicles got down 3-1 after one period, cut it to 3-2 early in the 2nd before folding the tents and going home.

Goals by Gavin, Bobrycki, and Morin put it away in the 2nd period. Gavin also picked up a late third period Kotex point in the 6-2 final.

"In Silicon Valley we call those iPad points," said Steve Hardy.

Not even the Ken Tarr, the 2nd or 3rd best goalie in the league, could backbone the Fudgesicles to a win on this day.

And to add injury to the insulting loss, The Big Ragu got hurt, and his status is in question.

"Is he from Canada too?" asked Marc Teal. "Seems like all our Canadian players get hurt real easy."

Ragu is averaging .7 points per game, and we really don't see anyone on that team picking up that pace if he is out for any extended period of time.

"As long as John Gambale stays healthy, we'll be able to maintain our degree of mediocrity," said Don Fortini who is pointless so far this season.
